1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and contracts prepared or concluded via the website of Independence Technologies LLC, doing business as Soul-Stories. By using this website and purchasing products, you accept these terms.

For purchases through CopeCart, the contractual terms, payment terms, withdrawal and refund rules, and provider information shown in the respective checkout additionally apply and take precedence.

2. Conclusion of Contract & Payment Processing

The presentation of products on my website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button at CopeCart, you submit a binding order for the products in the checkout. The contract is concluded when your order is accepted by CopeCart or the provider shown in the checkout and payment is successfully processed.

German product pages lead to the CopeCart EU checkout. English product pages lead to the CopeCart US checkout. Payment processing, invoicing, taxes, and legally relevant checkout information are determined by the relevant CopeCart checkout.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

All products are digital goods, such as audio files, subliminals, sound journeys, PDFs, or supporting digital materials. They are provided after successful purchase in the form described in the checkout, for example as a download link, email access, or purchase area. No physical items are shipped.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refund

For digital audio products, the rules described on the Refund Policy page apply. Soul-Stories works with a 30-day money-back policy for English-market digital audio products unless the relevant CopeCart checkout or purchase confirmation states otherwise. The specific processing usually takes place through CopeCart. The current English-market policy is 30-day refund policy.

5. License to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a license for personal, non-commercial use of the product. You are not permitted to copy, resell, share, rent, publicly make available, or use the products for your own commercial content or AI training purposes without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer & Responsibility

My products are intended for personal development, relaxation, reflection, and intentional routines. They do not replace medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, tax, or financial advice or treatment. Results are individual and cannot be guaranteed. Use of the products is at your own responsibility.

Audios should not be listened to in situations that require full attention, such as driving or operating machinery.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all contracts may, where legally permitted, be subject to the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The place of jurisdiction may be Sheridan, Wyoming. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
