I offer a 30-day money-back policy on English-market digital audio products purchased directly through Soul-Stories or via my official CopeCart links, unless the relevant CopeCart checkout or purchase confirmation states otherwise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after use, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

This guarantee is a satisfaction policy and does not promise specific results. Soul-Stories products do not replace medical, therapeutic, psychological, or financial advice and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer support at info@soul-stories.net within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number, usually found in your CopeCart confirmation email, and the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund. Your feedback helps improve products and service; a long explanation is not required.

Once your request is received and your purchase is reviewed, the refund will be processed. Refunds are usually processed through CopeCart and may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

This refund policy applies to digital audio products. It may not apply to:

  • Services such as personalized coaching or live workshops unless otherwise specified.
  • Products purchased through third-party providers not explicitly authorized by Independence Technologies LLC or Soul-Stories.
  • Refund requests made after the 30-day period from the date of purchase.

Digital Content and Statutory Withdrawal Rights

For digital content not delivered on a physical medium, statutory withdrawal rights may expire early if you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your withdrawal right as a result.
